Description
Exhibition is a single race on any of the available tracks as players set the number of opponents, select one of three difficulty levels, and adjust the race length in laps. Freestyle features its own assortment of tracks, such as the Triple Springs golf course or the streets of San Francisco, as players attempt to string together as many aerial tricks as possible within a specified amount of time.
Mini Games has players choosing one of 11 different skill-based events, from delivering pizzas and jumping over buses in an urban setting to racing through a series of targets while on an interstate highway. While only three Mini Games are initially available, more can be earned by competing in the Career Mode. Career Mode features a choice of freestyle or race careers, where players advance through a series of courses in an attempt to win a championship.
Multiplayer offers players the chance to compete against a friend in their choice of game types and bike classes (125cc or 250cc). Those who are bored with the available course offerings can design their own with the built-in Track Editor, where players are free to move, cut, or add elements like platforms, ramps, barriers, and various obstacles to create the ultimate stunt course. A memory card is required to save custom-designed arenas, career progress, and any of the unlocked features or winnings earned.
