When a war starts to brew between man and primate, things get really hairy for both sides. This is the continuation of the 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes.' After the Simian Flu wiped out a large portion of mankind, somewhere in the outer reaches of the forested areas outside San Francisco, Caesar and his primate pals have set up a flourishing town based on the standards of peace and harmony. When Caesar and his companion Ash take a walk in the woods, they have an altercation with a human named Carver, who hastily draws his firearm and shoots Ash at the main indication of hostility. A modern classic, this movie is rated PG-13 and has a runtime of 130 minutes.
